"Finally, some actual volume"
I’ve been using this OGX for a few weeks now, my hair looks way less flat than usual. It gives it a nice bit of body without making it feel stiff, crunchy, or weighed down, which is a big plus. The smell is really nice too. Random side note, I kept noticing it while making coffee in the morning and was like, wait, is that my hair? Anyway, I’d definitely buy it again.

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
I was mostly just hoping everything would show up in one piece, since that’s always my main concern with deliveries like this. The packaging looked good when I opened it, and there weren’t any leaks or damaged items, which was a relief. I hadn’t really been watching the tracking too closely, but it actually ended up arriving a few days earlier than I expected, so that was a nice surprise.

"Helped with my breakage, but not totally fixed"
I ordered from ogxbeauty.com because my hair had gotten super dry and was snapping way more than usual. Shipping was totally fine, and after a few washes with the shampoo and conditioner, my hair did feel softer. I’m still dealing with some breakage, but it’s definitely not as bad as it was. I took off one star because I was hoping it would work a little faster or fix more of the issue. Has anyone else had this same kind of breakage and found that it just takes a while to improve?

"Pretty solid sulfate-free shampoo"
I picked up this OGX shampoo because I was trying to switch to something sulfate-free, and it’s been good. It cleans my hair well without leaving it feeling totally stripped or dried out, which I really appreciate. The scent is nice too, not overwhelming. The only small downside is I feel like I have to use a little more than I do with other shampoos, but that’s not a huge deal. For the price, it feels like a decent option, and I think it’s fair to give credit when a product does what it’s supposed to.

"Got help way faster than I expected"
The support was really nice and super quick. I thought it might turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but nope, they just helped me out without any hassle. Smooth experience overall.

"A little shine, but kind of hit or miss"
I gave this OGX product a try because I was hoping it would make my hair look noticeably shinier. It did add a bit of shine right after I washed my hair, but by the next day it pretty much looked like my normal hair again. The scent is nice and it’s simple to use, so I don’t dislike it, but for the price I was expecting more of a visible difference. it feels a bit hit or miss for me, not bad, just not something that really wowed me.

I’ve dealt with an itchy scalp on and off in the past, so I was just hoping for some relief. This really helped calm things down, and I’m way less itchy now, thank god.

"Nice products, but something seems to build up"
I’ve tried a few OGX shampoos and conditioners from ogxbeauty.com, most of them smell great and leave my hair feeling soft at first. Shipping was smooth too, so I don’t really have complaints there.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that after using some of the formulas for a while, my roots started feeling kind of coated, like there was residue being left behind. I’m not saying it’s the products, but I did have to bring in a clarifying shampoo here and there, which makes you wonder. I still like the brand overall, just seems like not every formula agrees with my hair.

The bottle showed up dented, which was disappointing. Nothing leaked, so I guess it could’ve been worse, but the packaging definitely didn’t feel very protective.

I ordered from OGX Beauty and the delivery went smoothly. The shampoo smells really nice, and my hair does feel softer after using it. I’m still noticing some shedding though, so I’m not totally sure if it’s the product or just my hair going through a phase. Overall I like it so far, but I’m hoping the shedding settles down soon. Curious if anyone else had the same experience?

"Helped My Dry Hair a Lot"
I’ve been using this for a bit and my hair doesn’t feel nearly as dry as it did before. It feels softer and just less rough overall. Happy with it, so yeah.

I gave the OGX shampoo a try, it does make my hair feel clean. It rinsed out easily, and my scalp didn’t feel weighed down or greasy afterward, so I’ll give it credit for that.
That said, I didn’t really see any big difference in softness or shine, and the scent was a little too strong for my taste. It’s not a bad shampoo, just not anything special. I might grab it again if it’s on sale, but I wouldn’t bother reaching out to customer service about anything with it because I usually don’t trust those conversations to go anywhere helpful

"Reminds me of my mom’s old hair serum"
This helped calm my frizz down well, though on really humid days it’s not a total miracle worker. The scent is really nice and it actually reminded me a bit of the hair products my mom used to keep in the bathroom when I was growing up. My hair feels softer after using it, and I’d probably buy it again...

I mean, it wasn’t bad. It did help my hair a little, especially at first, but then I’d touch the ends and they still felt dry. Maybe I expected more, or maybe my hair is just extra stubborn. It’s okay overall, just not something I was amazed by.

The return itself was easy, so no complaints there. I was a bit confused because the refund didn’t show up right away and took a few days, but it did come through in the end. Overall, all good.

I was happy with this shampoo. It lathers better than I expected. I don’t need to use much either. It rinses out easily. It’s not perfect, but I do like it overall.

"Ingredients seem mostly fine to me"
I looked over the ingredients and most of them seem okay. I do wish they were clearer about what’s actually in the fragrance, though. That feels like a preventable issue if they just explained it better. Overall, I still feel comfortable using it.
